Following our success in winning The ARMA Q Award in 2013 Homestead are delighted to inform you that our submission for 2014 ARMA Q Award for repair and refurbishment work at Crescent Court Blackpool has been highly commended. This is a National Award to promote quality property management, Independently judged, the aim is to recognise an ARMA member whose management skills have led to a material and demonstrable improvement to the lives of leaseholders in a block they manage.

We are incredibly proud of our heritage. The first development to come into our management when Homestead opened its doors in 1979 is Red Rose Lodge, managed on behalf of Manchester Unity Housing Association. Red Rose Lodge provides sheltered housing accommodation in a block of 51 self-contained flats for the active elderly and is situated two miles from the centre of Blackpool in Marton. Today, 34 years later, we still manage that development.
