We are incredibly proud of our heritage. The first development to come into our management when Homestead opened its doors in 1979 is Red Rose Lodge, managed on behalf of Manchester Unity Housing Association. Red Rose Lodge provides sheltered housing accommodation in a block of 51 self-contained flats for the active elderly and is situated two miles from the centre of Blackpool in Marton. Today, 34 years later, we still manage that development.
